Wyoming Correctional Facility is a medium security state men's prison in Attica, Wyoming County, New York. The prison is located adjacent to the well-known maximum security Attica Correctional Facility. Wyoming first opened in 1984, and as of 2010 Wyoming had a working capacity of 1722.

I go from N.C. to N. Y. to visit. You just have to write a letter to the superintendant. What I include in my letter is the name and # of the inmate. Where I am coming from and I ask for a two day weekend pass (3days on Holidays) on the weekend dates I select. I believe the minimum milage to ask for a special pass like this is you have to be over 700 miles from the prison. Hi Hampchar, Please note the following; Who can visit With little exception, anyone can visit an offender, as long as it is during visiting hours, the visitor has proper identification, and the offender agrees to the visit. Visitors are required to sign a statement indicating that they have been advised of and agree to abide by the rules and regulations regarding visiting.
