I have a friend, Ricardo Farrow, at your facility and I was wanting to know what I can and can not mail him. I want to start writing to him; but I want to make sure I am doing it right; so he doesn’t get in trouble. Also, some of his friends will b coming home from college for winter break. How many visitors can he have at one time and do we have to call ahead to schedule the visit?

      Hi Debbie,

The envelope address requires the inmate’s identification number and the full address. You can write, but obviously cannot send any illegal contraband with the letter.

Is Ricardo allowed to receive Christmas cards or any type of cards in the mail? also, would I be able to send him a devotional from our church? Still need to know: how many are allowed to visit him at one time and do we need to make the visitation appointment ahead of time?

          Hi Debbie,

Unless the inmate was under some very unusual restriction, he can receive Christmas cards and a devotional in the mail. Regarding the number of visitors, you need to call the facility for additional information.
