Attention: Warden of Okeechobee C.I.: I am the Mother to Jeremy Levine #R08359-131-A1. I would like to know exact visitation days for your facility? Some Correctional Institutions allow the day or day after a Holiday. What is the correct days that I may visit my son? How many people may come visit my son on one day? I thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Barbara Conley. You may email me at: [email protected]. My phone # 727 504 0752.

It’s the quickest and easiest way to get your loved one the funds they need. Mobile App JPay Mobile App Download the JPay mobile app from the Apple App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play (for Android phones) and send money wherever you happen to be!… Read more »

Hi Rachelle,
Please note the following rules, but we recommend contacting the facility directly for the regulations.

Hi Jena, Complete a visitation application form (DC6-111A): Please Be Advised! There are several non-authorized Websites providing outdated Visitation Forms. Make certain to use official forms only available through the Florida Department of Corrections. The inmate you wish to visit must send you a current official application. Alternatively, you may complete an application online. The electronic application can be located on the Florida Department of Corrections Website/Offender Search/Inmate Population Information Search/Inmate Population Information Detail page. An application must be completed by all visitors 12 years of age or older. DO NOT LEAVE BLANKS. Doing so will cause your application to… Read more »
