      Hi David,

Please note the following information about the visitation process at the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center.

To become an approved visitor, the individual must complete a visitor’s application to visit. It is the responsibility
of the offender to send you a visitor’s application.. One form is to be completed for every adult requesting to
visit. Please answer every question to the best of your knowledge, and be truthful of any and all arrests and
convictions (misdemeanor or felony). Failure to report information could result in the denial of your visiting
application. Family and friends may make as many needed copies of the visitor’s application as needed and return
each copy to the offender’s respective facility. Each offender will be responsible to inform his/her visitor of the
“Visitors Rule of Conduct/Violation/Sanctions.” Sanctions will be imposed statewide to include private prisons
holding Oklahoma Department of Corrections offenders for any violations.

From PrisonPath–The application should be mailed to the facility. We recommend calling the facility to confirm any special address. You can call the facility and request to speak to the prison chaplain. For more information, click this link.

      Hi Dale,

We recommend calling the prison chaplain for assistance. The prison chaplain can be a big help in these trying situations.
