I am trying to find out if my brother has been transferred there from South Central and if so if he has access to his commissary. My family lives in South Charleston WV and we need to find out visitation procedures for this facility since it will be a 2.5 hour drive one way. Will he be eligible for visitors immediately or does he have to wait 30 days? Will his visitors be required to provide their information anew or is this information in a shared database with the jails? His name is James Franklin Cobb II-DOC # 47-664-2. Also we are hoping he will be able to contact us ASAP to let us know that he is OK. I assume the rules are a bit different here than they are at the jail. Thanks for your time and assistance on this matter. His family appreciates it.

I have been told that women who are visiting an inmate, are not allowed to wear bras with underwire. Is this a true statement?

It is our understanding that you are correct.
