Hello my name is Kimbraly Abron. My Fiance David Allison#01868615 was transferred from Dallas County to your institution on 7-31-13. We was trying to get married on 7-4-13. He has already filled out the affidavit for the absent party. He filled it out the form on 6-26-13 and sent it to the Chapel and the library while in Dallas County Kays Towers. When he asked why he hadn’t got a response r how long it would be for him to get the paperwork back, they told him that they don’t do notary. He just sent me the paper back. So do I need to take to the Dallas County Clerk and get it notarized with our Proxy. I don’t have his id bt the clerk says I can use his TDC ID. Where and how can I obtain it so that I can get on with the procedures? Or is it something that they do at the prison? Or do he need to fill out another one? Please give me a call 214-287-2401. Thank you.
