Visiting this Facility:
Visitors will not be allowed to enter the Lobby or congregate in front of the Lobby prior to the beginning of registration, which will begin fifteen (15) minutes before each visiting session. Initial processing will begin at the Lobby at 8:15 a.m. and end at 10:00 a.m.; it will begin again at 11:30 a.m. and end at 2:15 p.m.
Visits will not be processed for those visitors who arrive at the Lobby between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. or after 2:15 p.m.
There will be no visiting on legal holidays unless they fall on normal visiting days.
All Diagnostic Offenders are allowed contact visits. Saturday/Sunday 8:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
DWCF Diagnostic Offenders are given a Special Visit request form during their initial orientation. They may list up to five (5) immediate family members, approval will take approximately ten (10) working days at which time the offender will be notified. Upon offenders arriving at their assigned facility, a permanent visiting application will need to be completed by all visitors to be processed in accordance with policy and procedure.
All General Population Offenders and Special Needs Offenders are allowed contact visits. Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
At DWCF, General Population Offenders may receive visits on Friday and/or Saturday or Friday and/or Sunday, but not Saturday and Sunday.
Administrative Segregation and Restricted Privileges Offenders are allowed non-contact visits by appointment only. Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
No time limit unless space availability is limited.
