I was wondering if I could possibly visit Linda Duron (766859) since she is very ill. I mailed my TDL info to her so she could put me on her visitors list, but I have not heard from her in a couple of weeks. I know she is quite ill, but she really has no one to support her besides myself. We were best friends in high school during the 1960s-1970’s. Thank you for any info. We write very often and I consider myself as close to family as anyone she is related to. Again thanks for any help.

Hi,
I have been writing to Charlsie Amanda Bolton(#1164764) for quite a while. I recently read on the Texas DOC website that she is at Carol Young Complex. Can you confirm that she is actually there? I haven’t heard from her in a while. Now I am concerned as to why she would be there.
Thank you.

My friend Luke Looschen was moved to CYC from George Beto Unit after a heart attack and stroke at UT Health Tyler. I haven’t heard from Luke for more than a month, but I keep writing to him. I don’t know his condition, if he can read or if there is someone there to read to him. Can someone (nurse, chaplain, doctor, etc.)contact me, so I know he is OK and he knows he is loved and prayed for. Thanks, Gary Frase.

Does anyone know how many people at Carol Young are sick with COVID-19 or if any have died there? The TDCJ site is no longer giving the breakdown by prison. They are heartless to leave families in the dark. I only know that one guard tested positive, but there must be more or the lockdown would be over. I am so worried about my daughter! I’m even more worried about when she is transferred somewhere else. Having a child in prison is frightening enough, but under these circumstances, it’s pure Hell. Bryan Collier, Executive Director of TDCJ, has never answered… Read more »
