A. Visiting hours at FPC Bryan are as follows:
Sunday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday - no visiting
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

C. Inmates housed in Temporary Holding or as a holdover may
receive visits and be afforded the same visiting hours as
the general population. Visitation may be denied if it
is determined by the Warden that to permit visitation might
threaten the security of the institution. Visits for these
inmates will be held at a table near the officer’s station
and will be closely monitored by the Visiting Room officers.
No outside visiting shall be permitted.
D. Maximum rated capacity in the Visiting Room is not to exceed
570 persons, including children.

INMATE CO-PAYMENT PROGRAM
Per Program Statement 6031.02 entitled Inmate Co-Payment Program dated October 3, 2005, a fee for health services applies to all sentenced inmates in the Bureau of Prisons. A copy of the Program Statement is available for review in the law library. Health Care Visits with a Fee: 1. Inmates must pay a fee of $2.00 for health care services, which is charged to the inmate’s Commissary Account per health care visit. These scheduled appointments include triage and after-hours to see a health care provider. If an inmate asks a non-medical staff member to contact medical staff to request a medical evaluation on her behalf for a health services visit, a charge of $2.00 co-pay fee will apply for that visit. 2. Inmates must pay a fee of $2.00 for health care services, charged to their Inmate Commissary Account, per health care visit, if found responsible through the Disciplinary Hearing Process to have injured an inmate who, as result of the injury, requires a health care visit. Health Care Visits with no Fee: 1. Health care services based on health care staff referrals; 2. Health care staff-approved follow-up treatment for a chronic condition; 3. Preventative health care services; 22 4. Emergency services; 5. Prenatal care; 6. Diagnosis or treatment of chronic infectious diseases; 7. Mental health care; 8. Substance abuse treatment. A fee will not be charged for the following, if the health care provider orders or approves these treatments: 1. Blood pressure monitoring; 2. Glucose monitoring; 3. Insulin injections; 4. Chronic care clinics; 5. TB testing; 6. Vaccinations; 7. Wound Care; 8. Patient education. Indigence: Indigence is defined as an inmate who has had an average daily Trust F und of less than $6.00 for the past 30 days. 1. If an inmate is considered indigent, she will not have a co-pay fee deducted from her Inmate Commissary Account. 2. If an inmate is not considered indigent, but does not have sufficient funds to make the co-pay fee on the date of the appointment, a debt will be established by TRUFACS, and the amount will be deducted as funds are deposited into the Inmate Commissary Account.
