Visiting will be offered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday
and all federal holidays. Visiting hours on these days will be 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Social visits
will not be processed before 8:00 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m.

Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McDowell Additional information:

Smoking The use of any Tobacco product by any inmate is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this act will result in an incident report and immediate disciplinary action. The institution conducts Smoking Cessation programs for the inmate population. Inmates wishing to participate may submit an Inmate Request to Staff Member form to the Psychology Department. Program participation will be scheduled contingent upon population requests. The program participation will address nutrition, physical activity, stress management and nicotine replacement therapy.

The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McDowell is a medium security facility housing male offenders. This institution also includes an adjacent satellite prison camp housing minimum security male offenders. FCI McDowell is located in southern West Virginia, approximately four miles north of the City of Welch and about 48 miles Southwest of Beckley, West Virginia.

did inmate fred phillip wills die 1/15/2015. did another inmate kill him or was he sick.do u know where I can read more info. thank u
