Pinal County Adult Detention Center Visiting Information:
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office has changed its visitation program.
In an effort to encourage inmates/detainees to maintain contact and communication with their families and friends, regular visitation privileges are afforded to the PCSO and DHS/ICE populations. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has recently launched a state-of-the-art web video visitation system known as iWebVisit.com.
Visitors are now able to conduct remote video visitation from your home, office or remote location over the Internet. You now can conduct an Internet Video Visit with inmates currently housed at the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office by using a computer equipped with high-speed Internet and a webcam. This new technology "Remote Video Visitation" will offer increased remote visiting hours and visiting frequency with the convenience of seven-day availability.
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office is proud to offer this service and is dedicated to helping connect loved ones from around the world to those entrusted in our custody.
Services may be interrupted or suspended due to operational issues at the direction of the Sheriff or Chief Deputy of the Adult Detention Center (ADC). Discrimination on the basis of a disability or other protected classes is strictly prohibited. Onsite visitors shall check in upon entry and may be subject to search and/or canine barrier screening. All visits must be Scheduled 24 hours in advanced you can schedule in person at the facility or online at iWebVisit.com.
On-site Visitation Hours Effective July 15th, 2015
Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday Legal on-site video visit's only
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There will be a reduction in the number of on-site visits per person / per inmate each week (excluding legal visits). The public will be limited to two (20 minute) on-site visits per inmate / per week. There will be no limit to the number of remote video visits per person. In addition, iWeb has reduced the cost of the remote video visitation from $15.00 to $9.00 for a (30 minute) visit.

The Pinal County Jail operates under the management and supervision of the Pinal County Sheriff.
The Pinal County Jail is the third largest County Jail in the state of Arizona, having a rated capacity of 1,503. This places the Pinal County Jail into the Large Jail Category as defined by the National Institute of Corrections.
The existing Jail was opened April 1st, 1996, with a bed capacity of 472. Due to the explosive population growth within Pinal County it became necessary to expand the County Jail once again. In July 2006 a 1031 bed expansion was opened. This expansion provides the appropriate conditions of confinement for the increased inmate population.
The Pinal County Jail was selected as a pilot site by the Nationals Sheriffs’ Association for Jail Operations for Accreditation. The accreditation is governed by legal based standards established through case law. The Pinal County Jail received its first accreditation in June 2011 and was reaccredited December 2013 receiving a “Level 1” rating which is the highest score possible. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Jail is the first Arizona Jail to receive their National Accreditation.
The Pinal County Jail confines individuals who have been arrested, charged with criminal offenses and are awaiting disposition of their cases within the criminal justice system. The Jail also houses those individuals who have been sentenced to serve their respective sentence in the county jail.

All incoming items will be screened and may be permitted for inmate mail including: Letters & Drawings Money order/checks sent directly to Inmate Accounts. (Checks have to be Cashier, Professional, State or Governmental. No personal checks allowed) Up to ten (10) 4X6 or smaller photographs. (Pictures must not be pornographic or sexually explicit. Pictures containing any type of gang signs or related material shall also be denied) Post cards. Publications directly from a publisher, distributer, or authorized retailer. (Inmates/detainees are only be allowed to accumulate and maintain three books and a bible in their cells at one time) Legal mail pertaining to an inmate/detainee’s case or legal proceedings. (Legal mail will not undergo the same screening as regular incoming mail)
