Ottawa County Jail

Visits Inmate visitation: To ensure the health of all citizen inmates, every inmate entering the Ottawa County Jail will quarantine for 14 days. Visits will not be scheduled during the quarantine. Inmate visitation reservations can be scheduled by calling (616) 738-4650. Only one visitor is allowed per visitation. Only the scheduled visitor may enter the facility. No minors allowed. No congregating in the front lobby area. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. Do not enter the building sooner than 10 minutes early. Remain six feet from others and masks are required if the visitor is NOT fully vaccinated. Masks are not provided. A valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required. Only keys and identification are allowed in the visitation area. No cell phones or other personal property is allowed. Lockers are NOT available. Leave property in your vehicle. Stay home if you have any symptoms of illness. Call (616) 738-4650 if you have questions or if you need to cancel your visit.
